Mahala Renteria
President
Mahala is a lifelong resident of Crescent and a dedicated member of the community. She is raising her two daughters with her husband in her hometown. As the owner of Baked by M and the Executive Director of the Crescent Chamber of Commerce, she is deeply invested in the development of Crescent. This commitment to her community is what inspired her to start this foundation.
Payton Farrar
Vice President
Payton grew up in crescent Oklahoma. Later met her husband Ethan Farrar of Dover and have been married 10 years! They have four children , three together. Payton loves sports and art as well as helping serve people. Which is what led her to be a part of this board. She is passionate about helping others and making people smile and feel welcomed. She is excited to help serve the town she was raised in along side with her family now.
Brittany Graff
Secretary
Brittany was raised in Guthrie but moved to Crescent 5 years ago to lay down roots with her husband, Drew. They have been married almost 4 years and have two boys. She and her husband own On-Demand Machining in town. Brittany really loves this community that her boys will be growing up in and hopes to be a valuable asset on the board to serve the town.
Lindsey Descher
Festival Chair
I am originally from Eufaula, Oklahoma and have been living in Crescent since 2019.I have three sons, Lane who is 4 and will start Pre-K in the Fall, Lawson who is 18 months, and my stepson Landry who is 12 and in 7th grade. I have my Bachelors of Science in Speech Language Pathology from UCO and Masters of Education in Guidance and Counseling, also from UCO, and a Masters of Human Relations from OU. I have my Teaching Certificate in Mild/Moderate Disabilities and School Counseling.In my spare time I love to read and spend time outdoors. I lived in Germany for three years where I was able to travel extensively, I loved every second and hope to go back one day.I am joining Crescent Public Schools this upcoming school year as the Elementary & Middle School Counselor and I am looking forward to working in my community.

I am originally from Antlers Oklahoma and moved to Crescent in 2021. My husband Josh and I have two girls Carlyn and Lexyn and one son from Spain Ferran. I am a teacher at Crescent Schools and have my bachelors and masters in education. I am proud to live in Crescent and feel very honored to serve our community through this wonderful foundation.
